Q: Will the AI sound like a robot? A: No. Our AI uses advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 to generate natural, human-like responses. It understands context, empathy, and your brand's tone. You can also customize its "persona" (e.g., professional, friendly, witty) in the settings.

Q: What if the AI doesn't know the answer? A: You can set a "confidence threshold." If the AI is unsure, it will automatically route the conversation to a human agent and tag it as "Needs Attention." You can also seamlessly take over any conversation at any time.

Q: Does it support multiple languages? A: Yes. AutoReplai automatically detects the customer's language and responds in that language. It supports over 95 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Japanese, making it perfect for cross-border selling.

Q: Can it really check order status? A: Yes. AutoReplai is deeply integrated with your Shopify store. When a customer asks "Where is my order?", the AI can verify their email, look up their latest order, and provide real-time tracking updates without you lifting a finger.

Q: Do I need to manually upload my return policy? A: No. The system automatically syncs with the policies you've already set up in your Shopify Admin (Settings > Policies). If you update your return window from 30 days to 60 days in Shopify, the AI will know immediately.

Q: Does it work with my existing theme? A: Yes. The chat widget is designed to be compatible with all modern Shopify 2.0 themes. You can enable it directly from the Theme Editor under "App Embeds."

Q: What happens if I exceed my plan's AI quota? A: We won't shut you off. If you exceed your monthly message limit, the AI will switch to "Human Only" mode, meaning all incoming chats will be routed directly to your inbox for manual reply until your quota resets or you upgrade.

Q: Can I cancel anytime? A: Yes, all plans are billed monthly through Shopify. You can upgrade, downgrade, or uninstall the app at any time directly from your Shopify Admin.
